Jeff Stankiewicz is a highly accomplished Lean Six Sigma leader, Master Black Belt and author, with twenty years experience in helping organizations navigate large-scale change. He has played a leading role in multiple highly successful Lean Six Sigma deployments with Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Stankiewicz is a skilled instructor and mentor, having trained and certified hundreds of Master Black Belts, Black Belts and Green Belts, as well as developing a wide variety of custom Lean Six Sigma curriculums. He has led numerous successful Lean Six Sigma projects across diverse process environments, such as Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, R&D and Manufacturing, resulting in millions of dollars in bottom-line benefits.
As president of Proficiency Systems, Inc., Mr. Stankiewicz provides thought and action leadership, helping organizations apply and internalize the latest Process Excellence methods to provide maximum lasting results in the most practical and efficient manner. His recent book, “LESS is More: Sustainable Results Faster With Lean Event Six Sigma,” provides organizations with a more practical approach to getting the most out of their Lean Six Sigma efforts.
During his career of championing Process Excellence, Mr. Stankiewicz has successfully supported such organizations as: Citibank, Eli Lilly, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Merck, Caterpillar, Xerox, IBM, Motorola, Hershey Foods, Louisiana Pacific, Case New Holland (CNH), HB Fuller, Schreiber Foods and Ecolab.
Mr. Stankiewicz has an MS in Systems Engineering from SMU and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Penn State. Additionally, he is an ASQ-trained Master Black Belt, ASQ/Six Sigma Academy Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, ASI Certified Robust Design/Taguchi Methods Expert, and past Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Examiner. He has presented at multiple conferences and seminars, including ASQ’s World Quality Congress and MIT’s Worldwide Taguchi Symposium.
